Explore the guidelines that ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at our villa. By staying with us, you agree to these terms, designed to protect your comfort and peace of mind.

Terms & Conditions

A 7 night minimum stay applies during peak season
A 50% deposit of full stay will secure your reservation. Balance payable 30 days before arrival and 45 days before arrival in Peak Season.
Reservations are subject to terms and conditions at time of making booking and on check-in
Check-in Time is 2pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
Payments in IDR (cash), Bank Transfers or Credit Cards
We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Card payments. All transactions will be completed in Indonesian Rupiah

The provided rates are villa per night, up to maximum occupancy. Additional beds incur charges
All rates are subject to 21% tax
The stay is inclusive of daily in-villa breakfast, unlimited wi-fi and motor-cycle parking
Rates are quoted in IDR, subject to availability and may change
Stay is inclusive of all day Butler and nightly turn-down service
Complimentary local shuttle service is provided, subject to availability
Rates are inclusive of return airport transfer
Unlimited complimentary mineral water

Cancellation Policy

Low Season:

Cancellations 30 – 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit their 50% reservation deposit.
Cancellations 13 days or less prior to arrival will incur 100% of the total reservation as a cancellation fee.
Full payment is still required if guests request to leave before their agreed departure date.

High Season & Peak Season:

Cancellations 60 – 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit their 50% reservation deposit.
Cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival will incur 100% of the total reservation as a cancellation fee.
Full payment is still required if guests request to leave before their agreed upon departure date.
