Chandra Bali Villas has a warm and friendly staff team to attend to your requirements and guarantee a pleasurable and comfortable stay in Bali. Our dedicated villa staff team will ensure discreet service without interrupting the privacy of guests. All our staff speak fluent English & Bahasa.

Villa Manager

Your Manager is responsible for the overall operation of your villa including staffing and assuring your satisfaction. Should you have any extra requirements at all, our villa manager will be more than happy to assist you both in and out of the villa. Villa Attendant

The Villa Attendants are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and evening turn-down services. The day shift is typically from 6.30am to 4pm. These hours are flexible and depend on your needs, and can be adjusted to fit your schedule. The second shift works from 2pm until 10pm, and the third from 11pm – 7am. Don’t be afraid to ask staff to pop out to pick something up for you. We’re happy to help you on your holiday.

Pool and Garden Attendants

We have attendants to maintain the swimming pool, garden and general maintenance of the grounds. They may also assist the Villa Attendants with preparing your villa. Pool and garden attendants work from 8am – 8pm.

Security Staff & Drivers

Our security guards ensure that the villas are safe and secure twenty-four hours a day. They work in three shifts from 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm and from 11pm – 7am. Drivers work during the day.

The cleaning of your villa can be carried out while you are out, or on your request. Staff’s working hours are from 6.30am until 7.30pm. We aim to make your stay at Chandra Luxury Villas as relaxing and comfortable as possible and most requests that you might have can be easily accommodated.

The Swimming Pool and Garden

The swimming pool is available to you twenty-four hours a day. It is cleaned and sanitized every morning at 8am. If this interrupts your routine, please alert your Villa Attendant and arrange a more suitable time.

We provide towels on the sun lounges next to the pool for your convenience. When using the pool, please ensure that children are supervised at all times.
